ISIS JIHADISTS FORCING YAZIDI WOMEN TO WORK AS SEX SLAVES
British jihadists are running brothels in Syria, forcing kidnapped Yazidi women to work as sex slaves. The British women have risen to the top ranks of the all-female al-Khanssaa Brigade, a wing of the Islamic State’s (IS) Sharia police force operating in Raqqa, and are using their position to run the brothels for the pleasure of jihadi fighters, The Mirror has reported.
A source in Syria told the Mirror “These women are using barbaric interpretations of the Islamic faith to justify their actions. They believe the militants can use these women as they please as they are non-Muslims.
“The Yazidi people are being ethnically cleansed, and their women are being subjected to the most brutal treatment.
“It is the British women who have risen to the top of the Islamic State’s sharia police and now they are in charge of this operation. It is as bizarre as it is perverse.”
The account has been corroborated in a report by the Middle East Media Research Institution, which states “during its takeover of large parts of northern Iraq the IS captured many Yazidi villages, and reportedly took many Yazidi women to be sold and used as sex slaves.”
It is believed that around 3,000 women have been taken prisoner in Iraq by Islamic State forces in the last two weeks alone. The prisoners are then handed over to the al-Khanssaa brigade for safekeeping.
As many as 60 British women are believed to have joined Islamic forces in Syria and Iraq, at least four of which have gone on to be key figures in the al-Khanssaa brigade. Once there they are enticing friends and relatives back in Britain to join them.
Earlier this week Breitbart London reported on the brigade, which is made up of mostly single women who are paid around £100 ($160) a month to patrol the streets of Raqqa and enforce a strict Islamic code. The British women within their ranks have been granted key positions as they are considered by ISIS leadership to be some of the most committed to the cause. They are also able to run social media accounts in English which are used to recruit more girls to the group.
One of the women understood to play a prominent role in the brigade is Glasgow born Aqsa Mahmood. Privately educated, Mahmood was studying to be a doctor when she dropped out of university to marry an IS fighter last November. She now lives in Raqqa and uses Twitter to lure more girls to Syria and Iraq by focusing on the role of women as wives. One such tweet read “Only after becoming the wife of a Mujahid do you realise why there is so much reward in this action.”
However, she has also used the social platform to praise the Boston bombers and the murderers of Lee Rigby, the British soldier hacked to death on a London street last year, tweeting “Follow the examples of your brothers from Woolwich, Texas and Boston. If you cannot make it to the battlefield, then bring the battlefield to yourself.”
Speaking at a press conference, her parents said they were unaware of her radicalisation until she had already left for Syria, telling reporters “If our daughter, who had all the chances and freedom in life, could become a bedroom radical, then it is possible for this to happen to any family.”Follow enlightenedlbrl
